ALTO — ALTO — Thanks to a grant, an East Texas horse rescue facility will be able to purchase more hay to care for abused or abandoned animal.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) granted the East Texas Horse Rescue and Sanctuary (ETHRS) $4,000 to help continue its program, according to a press release. The grants were given through its Equine Fund.
